What happens in the Sessions

These can be any length of long-form bodywork sessions with my proprietary system, Embryoloji. While the system is based on a 9-series of bodywork sessions I created that can be done over a period of weeks or months, you can experience a power-packed version of the whole system in one 3-hour System Reset Session. But for the most potent and effective way to engage with this, you'd want to consider the System Reset Experience (most often a 2-day experience) or the Life Reset Experience (a months-long journey).

You'll experience a thorough analysis, head to toe. From muscles, bones, fascia, organs, lymph, and from investigating the mouth and nostrils, the assessment will inform the treatment portion of the sessions. Beyond the tissues, we'll explore nervous system regulation, somatics, and the inner world, and we'll explore root causes to the restrictions. By utilizing intuition-led muscle testing, aspects like trauma, emotions, identity-based patterns, and a range of nutritional and physiological factors will be assessed.

The work can be gentle, involving slow and subtle unwinding, yet when needed (and welcomed), it can be deeper tissue-type work, more structural and corrective in nature. It'll be up to you, and the main focus is on what brings healing, relaxation, energy, and nourishment.

System Reset Session: 3 hours

A single session that involves my proprietary bodywork system called Embryoloji. I’ll thoroughly assess your alignment, from head to toe, and I’ll evaluate your gait patterns, breathing, functional movement, and categorically sift through all tissue systems of your body to bring healing, restructuring, and integration. Whether you’re in pain and you’ve tried every other medium of healing, or you’re seeking a catalytic spark for somatic and life transformation, this curated experience will reform and revitalize you.

You can come to one of my California locations to experience this: Santa Barbara, Los Angeles (Sherman Oaks/Woodland Hills), Agoura Hills, the Bay Area. I also can arrange for session in Orange County and San Diego.

System Reset Experience: 2 days

A curated bodywork experience that takes place over 2 days that involves a number of sessions of my long-form proprietary bodywork system called Embryoloji. I’ll thoroughly assess your alignment, from head to toe, and I’ll evaluate your gait patterns, breathing, functional movement, and categorically sift through all tissue systems of your body to bring healing, restructuring, and integration. Whether you’re in pain and you’ve tried every other medium of healing, or you’re seeking a catalytic spark for somatic and life transformation, this curated experience will reform and revitalize you.

What this includes:

  • System Reset Sessions: 9 hours

    *Typically involves three 3-hour bodywork sessions, split up over 2 days.

  • Preparatory Zoom Session: 1 hour

    Involves a 30-minute meeting done prior to the experience. We'll meet to discuss intended goals, current health care protocols, and the potential of me reviewing findings from other practitioners (treatment plans, labs, imaging). Also involves 30 minutes of my time to prepare for the zoom and your experience.

  • A guided movement flow: 1 hour

    Involves a movement session, at the beach if you're coming to Santa Barbara, and ideally in nature if we're doing them in LA, SF, or if I'm traveling to you.

  • Post-session ZoomRecap: 1 hour

    Involves a 30-minute meeting conducted post-experience. We'll meet to review the experience, and I can give further guidance and answer questions. Also involves 30 minutes of my time to prepare for the zoom and your experience.

  • When planning for the trip, factor in $400/hour, and once we figure out the formula for your trip, you'll book it by covering the total fee for the sessions.

    *We can discuss modifying the System Reset Experience. For example, if you'd like to make it a 1-day or 3 experience (or longer); or if you'd like to change the length of any of the sessions, we can consider customizing it according to your needs. Factor in $400/hour, and once we figure out the formula for your trip, you'll book it by covering the total fee for the sessions.

Life Reset (Ongoing System Calibrations)

The most in-depth and curated offer I currently have. It’s a curated bodywork experience centered around my long-form proprietary bodywork system called Embryoloji. This experience unfolds over months, and we explore the 9-series in its most complete version. It’s an exponentially potent and power-packed version of the System Reset Experience. With this months-long experience, we truly build in time for the purpose of transforming your life — inside and out. The in-person work is about more than highly intensive bodywork — it’s a work of the soul, of the frame, and of the energy that sparks your life.

As this experience involves a high level of commitment, trust, and engagement, it's best to save more details for further conversations. So as not to be mysterious, it's essentially a multiplication of the System Reset Experience along with ongoing support, check ins, and engagement.
